Portman’s music has been my number 1 preferred music store for over ten years. Anytime I need a repair, Mr. Barry is always readily available to help and does it in a timely fashion! I recently purchased a horn online that needed an adjustment to the keys. I called AFTER BUSINESS HOURS and was able to reach him.
Excellent customer service the staff were extremely friendly. Would recommend 11/10. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Barry helped me get my first guitar and was extremely enthusiastic in helping me find the right guitar.
Great staff! They are great resources for whatever your musical need is. BTW, the address is wrong. They are now in the old Jordan Music building on Westgate Drive .I've submitted an edit request to Google.
Excellent store with plenty of inventory to browse. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions I may have. Thank you for the help and wonderful shopping experience!
