My whole crew loves this place. The weekly piano and quitar lessons had expanded our family life for the better. I am also thrilled to receive as a token the quitar cords which get replaced in the shop. New experimental sculpure upcoming!
These guys are great. I went in to upgrade my acoustic guitar, and get my first electric. I know diddly squat about guitars, especially electrics, and they did an awesome job of explaining the different options and letting me try them out to my hearts content.
On 3/2/2024 I drove about an hour to get to the Brunswick, GA Portman's location. My bass needed some adjustment and Portman's is the closest music and repair store. I was in and out in less than a half hour with the guitar adjusted and sounding amazing. Thank you Portman's for such great customer service.
Walked in because it caught my eye with there not being too many music stores around. Was greeted and saw a guitar that caught my eye. Staff was nice and let me take my time strumming and seeing how it felt. Ended up buying the guitar and am really happy with how it went 🤙
