Theodore is a rare find. He is true professional and a lovely man. He tuned and repaired our piano. Theodore did an initial inspection where he was completely honest about what would be required and what might necessitate extra work while the repairs were being done and what it would cost.
Theodore is a great piano repairman. He unjammed my entire piano action in less than a minute. I spent hours trying to get it loose after accidentally jamming it, diagonally, against 3 bolts and the frame. He fixed a key and improved several others, fixed 3 felts, and fixed all 3 of my pedals.
My old piano had not been tuned in over 15 years. When Theodore finished working his magic, it sounded like a whole new instrument with concert quality! The sound is absolutely astounding! If you are looking for a piano "technician" that does quality work, look no further than "Precise Piano Tuning & Repair".
Theodore charged less for piano tuning than anyone else and clearly was more knowledgeable than previous tuners. He charged much less for repair, and several visits charged nothing. He found and fixed problems (like a squeaking pedal) that several other repairmen were unable to fix.
