This is my second time now coming to Jeff from Progressive music for saxophone repairs. I came to him for a fairly standard tune-up and to replace a few things on the horn. He gave me a timeline for when he'd be able to get my work done, and unfortunately it didn't quite work with my gig schedule.
A very nice music shop. I rented an alto sax a few years back and it was beaten up but i was a really good one. It broke a few times and they repaired it super quick like overnight. It was a little pricy but they were very helpful and local. A good choice for students.
Excellent service. They were prompt with answering their phone and provided above average information on products that I needed. They also were very informative about their repair services for instruments. Thank you for all your help!
I went there for French horn repairs. They did a fantastic job and for less than anywhere else.
