Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and willing to solve all my questions. Take my sons Bass to get it fixed and it took literally 3 minutes to fix it. They didn't want to charge me a penny. That shows that they are honest people and that they do their work for the love of art.
My daughter has been singing at this music school for some time and she enjoys it very much. She has an awesome coach who understands her voice and chooses songs that compliment her but also take her out of her comfort zone.
My son has been taking lessons for 4 years at pro music plus. Liz the owner is always pleasant and makes us feel like part of the family. We have had only positive experiences.
Super friendly and efficient customer service!! Even though they are currently closed, they worked out a time for me to be able to come in and get help getting my guitar stringed. I really appreciate them being that flexible and helpful.
