Guitar Center was taking weeks on weeks to ship a guitar so I went down the road to Pro Sound and tried out some guitars that they had (Jackson, LTD, PRS, Fender). Needless to say I purchased a $1000 guitar that day and did not feel cheated at all. Wonderful customer service.

I bought a beautiful PRS guitar here and it makes it possible for me to play around my wife without getting sent to the basement. I had traveled to Florida, got some new strings and when I got back it just didn't sound the same. I brought it in for a tune up and oh my goodness it is incredible.
After visiting a few other guitar stores, I went to ProSound. Richard spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. He was very patient with me. Bottom line, I was able to find a great guitar i can grow into. I will definitely return.
