The owner of Pullman Guitar Setup is truly exceptional! He provided outstanding care for my guitar, meticulously polishing it and addressing all necessary repairs with precision. Not only was he incredibly kind, but his honesty regarding what needed fixing was greatly appreciated.

I appreciated the work he did on Grandma’s guitar—a Yamaha that my younger kid just started playing... I totally recommend him... Honestly, I think our town and even Moscow needs more people like him who can fix instruments. I had been searching for someone for a while, but for some reason, I just couldn’t find anyone.

It's been years since my strings have been replaced and one ended up snapping the other day. I called this morning and I was home with new strings in just a couple hours. Christian was kind enough to not just replace all my strings (providing them himself at a cheap price) but he also tuned and polished my guitar.

dropped off my guitar here for some neck alignment issues as well as fixing up action that was causing some pretty severe buzz. josh took it and made it sound back to normal and it plays so much better again! he was very quick and professional and a great communicator.
