Great service. I started renting a violin for my daughter about a year ago. Was able to do the entire process online, and they delivered to her school. During the summer, one of the strings broke, and they told me I could go to the store or wait for classes to begin. I decided to visit the store.
This store has an impressive array of music instruments available for rental. The staff members here are very friendly and helpful. Recently, we had to visit the store to exchange a damaged musical instrument. The entire process went incredibly smoothly. It took us less than 10 minutes to complete everything.
Excellent place with kind, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They'll take great care of you and your instrument! They've also got all you could need for most orchestral instruments. Always love visiting and trying out instruments.
Had a flute from the 70s fully reconditioned. Great communication, good price, and they took necessary precautions to make this process covid safe. Talked about repair options with them first, and I am amazed at the results. Our flute was tarnished and in need of some love.
