First, I bought 2 trumpets there about 30 years ago, having had an excellent experience each time. I wanted my daughter to have the same experience, so we took her there to look at a trumpet for her. I explained to the gentleman who helped us what we were interested in.
Great experience with this shop! My 13yo's alto sax (Yamaha) got out of alignment because she wasn't using the neck guard. Brought it here, free loaner, free estimate and the repair bill was very very reasonable when we picked it up a few weeks later.
The only thing they had for guitars happened to be the only thing i was looking for, 2 guitar stands.. very strange coincidence but appreciate the friendly help and awesome deal.. I wouldn't hesitate this store if your in to orchestra/brass.
I can not rave enough on what a pleasure it was to go there for the first time and receive such outstanding customer service. The young man Patrick who assisted me was friendly pleasure to work with, he even suffered through my anecdotes about my mom forcing me to play violin.
