My daughter couldn't decide between two instruments when Q&F came to her school. I called Q&F and they advised me to bring her to the store to retry both instruments. They had fabulous customer service! The lady took time out, explained both instruments in detail, and let my daughter take her time to try them both.
Quinlan and Fabish is an institution. I’ve done business with them since my daughter was in middle school. I just dropped of my prize 1976 Gibson SG to repair and refurbish. They are by far the place to go if you want professionals to deal with.
Thank you Quinlan and Fabish!! When my son expressed an interest in playing an instrument for school I didn't know if it would be possible. Quinlan and Fabish helped us through the process and it was affordable for us even with an already stretched budget.
I visited The Valparaiso shop to inquire about fixing my son‘s trumpet and Francis was very helpful although they could not repair my son‘s trumpet. They still loosened everything for him to be able to clean it and put a new screw in his case so he would be able to put on his strap. Thanks for the excellent service.
