Rick and his Team are AWESOME and do GREAT WORK! I went there to get my wife's engagement ring fixed. I believe Rick's Brother was the one to fix it. The diamond fell out after 34 years. Rick's brother put in a new 6 prong setting vs the old 4 prong setting. He did a SPECTACULAR JOB, while I waited about 30 minutes!!!!
