Kenny was awesome! I had some drum shells that were cracked and delaminated. I reached out to Kenny and he was quick to respond. He was available the next day to look at the shells and had no problem taking care of the cracks and delamination.
I took two of my drums to Radius the proprietor was friendly and accommodating the gentleman that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and shared alot of insight with me prior to leaving my drums for repair. I was able to pickup my repaired drums the next day.
I recently found a Gretsch New Classic drum set in a Satin maple finish that had different sizes than the NC kit I already owned. I reached out to Kenny at Radius drums to ask if he would be able to refinish my older kit to match the new maple finish.
I absolutely love my Radius snare. It's easily my favorite snare drum. It has a huge sound, and the craftsmanship is excellent. Highly recommend!
