Very friendly with just the right amount of helpfulness without any pressure. I was pleasantly surprised to see a “small” guitar store with actually a BETTER selection of guitars than 2 other big box guitar stores that I had visited that same day.
Exactly the vibe you want in a guitar store. Instruments and gear you won’t find anywhere else. Truly awesome people. I showed up on a Sunday not realizing they were closed. The owner and a few others happened to be inside working on some repairs.
Very friendly! Chris did his best on my Aria 12string. Guitar has sentimental value and he took the time to repair the neck and supports. Would have liked it if they had called me to let me know the estimate and their plans, but in the end the price was much less than i expected!
