I went in to repair my guitar, and the folks informed me about a warranty on my guitar that I didn’t know existed, and suggested that I use another store affiliated with the manufacturer where I could get the repair done for far less money.
My first time in SF I stopped by the store, Chris was playing his vintage Les Paul conversion quite loud and I was attracted by that immediately, I sat down next to him, he let me play it and we had a wonderful conversation, one of the luthiers is also super humble and talented, 10/10
Really helpful staff and super friendly, filled with some of the weirdest and coolest guitars and amps seen with my eyes. Highly recommend popping in even if just for the experience and not to buy. Will be back for sure.
Fabulous guitar shop, and long time institution in S.F. for guitar and bass players. Numerous instruments, primarily vintage, and all sorts of interesting models can always be found here.
