What's on the wall
“My wife deals in vintage jewelry, and she was overwhelmed.”
“They had a guy that repairs watches and we we wound up leaving a watch and coming back later in the week.”
From the reviews
One of the largest and most diverse flea markets I've experienced, largely because it's like 3 markets in 1. The outdoor table area has your $1 toys and vacuum cleaners, but then down the hill are rows of small buildings with vendors selling flowers and bird houses and leather belts.
Really wild spot if you're into antiques and thrifting. I was amazed by how large it was. They had everything for everyone! Retro toys, furniture, pottery, paintings, postcards you name it. It was so fun browsing and walking for hours looking through people's treasure.
Went here for 2024 antique extravaganza, our first time. Took about 10 mins total to drive through entrance and park. Took about 10 mins or so to get through gate 4 to get a wristband - $6 each. But man, walking around on a gorgeous Saturday morning was pretty epic. A lot of cigarette smokers but all good.
I could go every week for a year and still not see everything the vendors have to offer. I will be back and I'm buying everything! It's just an awesome place like most flea markets can be, but this one is special for some reason. I need to win the lottery so I can just come here every weekend and buy everything!
Selling or trading gear at Renninger's Flea Market & Antique Center
Renninger's Flea Market & Antique Center comes up for buying and trading used gear, going by their listing and players’ reviews. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
