I took my Gretsch guitar with holes with a small issue where my jack fell into the hollow body. He was extremely responsive with my calls and text messages and got me into his schedule very quickly. I stayed and waited for my repair and it was very efficient and thorough in terms of how efficiently he did the repairs.
I'm so glad I trusted Ken to set up and install a pickup in my Gibson. It turned out amazing and he had so much insight and skill to set up the guitar better than ever. Highly recommend! Very responsive. Very professional. Amazing work! 🙌
He did a amazing job on my guitar, I'm glad I came to him instead of my original plan which was taking it to guitar center, not only was it cheaper, but he went above and beyond to make sure I loved the guitar. 10/10 will recommend.
