Wife has a nice vintage (1970's) trumpet from our high school days taken out of storage flushed and gone over. We dropped it off at the local store (Toledo, Ohio) at which we received very good service. The trumpet was sent to thier Defiance, Ohio store where they do all thier service work.
The staff I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, we have been using them for all of my children's musical needs for a few years now.
Awesome customer service. Took care of an instrument repair much sooner than anticipated. Really appreciate their friendly service!
