I am very thankful for our local Rettig Music here in Lima. Their rent-to-own plans and instrument repair services are flexible and dependable. For a relatively small store, they carry a wide variety of essential merchandise. Most importantly, their customer service is awesome!
I've sent my trombone here countless times over a course of 7 years, and I've maybe only had one incident where it wasn't fixed properly, but they immediately fixed the problem a second time for free.
I believe this was the best customer service I have ever received. Went in to get my guitar string replaced and it was done in no time, he even showed me how to do it!
