As a musician throughout school growing up, and into college myself- I spent many hours in music stores. I did not always have great experiences. The owners and staff at REW are the most kind, honest and helpful people I've ever experienced in this industry. I cannot say enough great things about this business.
Recently, I had different music shop nearby restore a flute for our daughter ($300+ for new pads, corks, clean, polish). A few keys started leaking this week, less than 3 months after the restoration.
I had a great experience with REW Music. One of the guitar instructors, Jeff Shirley went above and beyond to help me execute my musical vision. I would recommend REW to anyone interested in private lessons.
I rented a bass clarinet from the REW yesterday. The service I received was outstanding. Paul waited on me and was very helpful and friendly. Also, the Dir of Educ got involved and was also quite helpful.
