Randy was great! Although I was slightly nervous as when I walked in I didn't see a guitar in sight, only about 50 beautiful basses. I was completely wrong. Randy knows everything about guitars as well and taught me a thing or two. I came in to get a Martin acoustic and a Fender telecaster setup and re-strung.
I had three guitars set up by Randy and had a great experience. He took the time to examine each guitar and clearly explained the work he would be doing. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and the price was right. I’ll definitely be back.
Brought in a used guitar that I had just bought, and Randy did a great job setting it up. He knows what he is doing and knows so much about guitars. He had a fast turnaround time, and gave me a very honest and fair price.
