Here you'll find a grizzled ol' vinyl curmudgeon, with a heart of gold. Vintage first run Blue Notes to the latest and greatest fill the shelves. Ripe is the essence of the friendly neighborhood wax shop. Old timers and noobies alike will find their grooves spinning at 33-1/3 (or 45).
This has become my favorite record shop. Good selection (obviously this is subjective), but good vibes overall, friendly helpful staff, fair prices mostly. Not too big, not too small. Nice local record shop
Lovely place. Very short trip just outside of Detroit proper. I spent a little over an hour flipping through the mostly organized selection of new and used vinyl. Found something I've been wanting to grab. The staff was kind and down to help.
Great selection of high quality vintage vinyl as well as the latest releases. Andy is a great guy and is very knowledgeable. Stop in, you won't be dissapointed.
