I really love this music store and am happy I came across it. I have a 30-year old professional flute that was out of shape, and my quote to get cleaning, tune-up, and possible repairs was too high from other music shops. I could have just purchased another low end flute with the money I would have spent.
After a couple years my Strat needed a new volume pot. Brought it in and right away Jim(?) fixed a loose input jack connector that I had learned to live with. Volume pot was later replaced and he mentioned fret buzz due to warped fretboard - which I had also just learned to live with. But that got fixed, too.
Not the largest music store in Vancouver, but the staff is friendly and has great attention to detail! Great prices for band rentals, great repairs. Free setup for life of guitars is unmatched locally. They have decades of experience and are the most knowledgeable place in town.
