Rick saved me when my 2003 Gibson SG's headstock mysteriously broke in the case leaving me heart broken. He fixed the break for a reasonable price and brought the rest of the guitar back to better than new.
I recently brought in my 15-year-old acoustic guitar that had been sitting in storage for over five years. It sounded tangy, rattled a lot, and honestly I wasn’t sure it was worth saving. But Rick knew exactly what to do. Within 24 hours, he had it fully restored new strings, repaired bridge, and a complete tune-up.
Rick was great to work with. I dropped my Yamaha guitar off on a Thursday afternoon, and he had it ready for me at 8:00 a.m. Friday morning. FedEx had cracked my guitar neck and taken gouges out of the headstock.
Rick is the guy!! I had such an easy time trusting him with my guitars, I showed up at his shop and he took me inside and fixed up 2 of my guitars right in front of me.
