Large, interesting store. Some rare items like Ludwig Vistalites and Martin guitars. Entry level instruments as well. Guitar setup is recommended. They also offer hourly and half-hour lessons. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Awesome!!! Been coming here for over 25 years for all my music needs, including repairs, new and used gear and instruments, unique instruments, rare instruments, sheet music, for great beginner kits and instruments for kids and the professional. It's a music hub for all musicians in a 50 mile radious!!!
A legendary music & instrument shop that just oozes with personality and history. I took my first drum lessons here and later purchased my first kit (a Yamaha Stage Custom that I worked all summer to afford) here, as well.
Really enjoyed this nostalgic walk as well as updates on some of the newest modifications to instruments. I bought some basic guitar strings for my son's first guitar. Very kind and thoughtful people here as well. Sorry to hear they are closing. It's the end of retail as we know it. Bring your kids in soon...
