I just got my Cannonball saxophone repaired here today, it was such a great experience. Robert has so much knowledge and experience, he is truly one of the best repairmen in the world I feel. He has moved his store however, his new address is 81 Oak Street, Stoneham (I got his permission to share this address).
Bob is without question one of the best Woodwind Repairman I've used in the 40 years I've been in Boston. He is also reasonable in price and he is a wonderful personality and gentleman. Since I've moved to the Metro West I still use him exclusively.
A took a flute for repair and had a great experience. Bob is a great guy and answered all my questions. He even gave me some suggestions regarding a saxophone. He is very knowledgeable. He is a super nice guy; easy to talk to.
Old school, the real deal. Fantastic craftsman fantastic guy. If you need repair for a sax or some other woodwind just go. Really reasonable if not cheap cost wise. He was really tight with Rahsaan Roland Kirk.
