We have purchased many instruments over the years at the Horseheads, NY store, it’s always been a positive experience. In December when we purchased a guitar for my daughter, we were helped by a very knowledgeable, and helpful employee.
The staff are amazing, very personable, will find the perfect instrument and even order it for you. Michael is very knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humor! The management is great as well. :)
The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful!!! The store looks great and has a full range of instruments, music, and supplies!!! Must visit if you're a musician at any level!!!
