Everyone there is so nice! Zach was very helpful and patient with me as I was looking for a guitar. He had so much knowledge to share as well! It was like getting "fitted" for a guitar!
This was the first time I've visited the store (and most music stores in the area as I just moved here for grad school) and my experience was great! The staff greeted me with smiles, encouraged me to play every piano, and asked if I needed help with anything almost immediately.
I love this store! They always give you the option to try out everything and see if you like it or not. The employees are very personable and not pushy. They really act like they are passionate about music, rather than acting like they just want to sell you stuff.
Wether getting advice and purchasing a new instrument, caring for it or taking lessons, Robert M Sides has been a great organization. The staff is super friendly. Jeff, my guitar teacher is wonderful with my young son and he couldn’t be more patient with me.
