Robert is a very friendly and nice Gentleman. I had dropped my Les Paul to have a full setup done and it plays better that it played before. I couldn't believe it. Have my acoustic guitar setup done here as well. Definitely will come again. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed.
Bob is clearly very knowledgeable about all things strings. He has helped my family with our Dobro, banjo and violin, and we will surely be repeat customers. The shop is filled with so many different kinds of instruments!
My daughter went to have a broken guitar string replaced. Carol looked at it and recommended a full replacement ( it really did need them). Very kind, professional, would highly recommend and will definitely return!
