In the days post Covid customer service in the United States is all but dead, NOT at Rockin Instruments, this small Titan of a company is Customer Service oriented on Steroids! Kristin is a very hands on owner and will make your purchase experience AWESOME!
I wanted to order two guitars for my twins with no luck of finding what I wanted at guitar center or musicians friend until I come across rockin instruments. Super nice to deal with and very helpful. Shipped same day even tho I didn’t speak to anyone until around 2pm and received them two days later.
I ordered a guitar and received a call from Kristin right away to ensure all of the information was correct and whether I wanted to sign for it. The price was great and I received it the very next day. Kristin called again to let me know it was delivered and if it met my satisfaction. It most certainly did.
