What's on the wall

From the reviews
I have used Rocky's in Palm Springs for over 10 years. I've had such great service from the entire staff. Any time I've come across an emergency , they have been there to help me out. Danny has such a great personality and I would really like to THANK HIM!! for having patience with me and my entire tickets.
I had car repairs done to my car on a drive back to Mi for a funeral. On my way back I brought some family treasures. One of these being my mom and dad's good silverware she would bring out on holidays and special occasions. The trip left me basically broke.
The entire staff at Rocky’s in Palm Springs were really great to work with. They treat their customers like family. So many people came in while I was there and each of them were greeted with a smile and a warm, welcoming attitude.
I was in need of a small loan till pay day. I took some jewelry and received my loan. The Rocky’s Pawn Staff are so friendly and polite. If I’m ever in the position for a quick loan I be sure to return to Rocky’s Pawn Shop. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a reliable & honest Pawn Shop.
Selling or trading gear at Rocky's Pawn Shop
Rocky's Pawn Shop comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
