From the reviews
I have dealt with ROCKYs for years, since i lived in PALM SPRINGS, when Scottywas on board...and onto the present..now that i live here in the high desert ...they folks in YUCCA are pleasant, and fair...and run an excellent store.
If you like my comment click the ❤️ and show some love 😽 Only pawn shop in the area. Jewelry is 10% down then $20 a month. Can't beat that price! I recommend this shop to any one. They also have other locations in palm spring area. Only thing, they need to create an online store.
They do not buy used or unused cell phones.they are honest in offer or no offer for item to pawn or sell. A very clean and organized customer browsing area. Its apparent their preference to sell , or buy lies in the musical instrument and related products. I would even alter the name to "Music , jewels and gems".
I've been doing business with them for about 10 years. They are honest, fair and friendly! I recommend them.
Selling or trading gear at Rockys Pawn Shop
Rockys Pawn Shop comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
