Roland Store Las Vegas

Hello there this goes out to my buddy John. I tell him what I don’t know what I would’ve done but my Roland Juno DS 61 needed an update. I don’t know what to do my wife say don’t you try to do it baby you know you don’t know and I didn’t wanna mess it up and hit the wrong button and erase everything and make it worse…

I really hope Roland goes through an extensive hiring process to ensure everyone who works for Roland is like John here at the LV guitar center in Town Square. John gave me all his knowledge focus and attention in setting up my RC 600.

John was incredible!!! He was the most helpful and kind person that even helped us set up our new katana amp. He helped make the presets and programmed it for us and everything. He actually WANTED to help us and wasn’t just forced. Great great great guy and also a great guitar player.

My experience at the Roland department at guitar center last Vegas Blvd was awesome, John was exceptional , he knew exactly what I needed and took very care of me, kudos to John, thank you so much, you’re the man John , he’s definitely an asset to Roland.
