1st year with my daughter in strings. I ordered and it was ready within a day or 2. They were very professional & explained everything and gave all information that is needed. They also went over the care of the viola and even gave me a option just in case she didn’t like the instrument.
I've had the pleasure of purchasing two instruments (violin, cello) and repairing/enhancing an older upright bass here. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge on string instruments which he gladly shares.
My daughter's orchestra teacher highly recommended Ron Sachs, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. When she needed a violin upgrade, owner Andrew Henke provided exceptional, personalized service.
