My wife brought a cello into get some repairs done. We wanted to get some seams in the cello down and Jacob, the store manager, said that he would only charge us $40 for the seams to be repaired.
James is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lot of issues with my sound post and setup. It took him less than 5 mins to fix.
