Polite and extremely knowledgeable staff. A wide variety of instruments, amps, sound equipment & services, and supplies. For example: They will talk to you about the kinds of music you like to play, how and where you play, before recommending s set of strings.
I called ahead about a problem with the jack on my bass guitar and he was able to fix it with no problem. And it cost me less than half of anywhere else I searched. Very grateful for knowledgeable and capable repair work like they do at Rondinelli.
I can't give enough praise to George Rondinelli. He is such a gentleman, and this is reflected in the way he does business. In the early 90's I was seminarian at Divine Word College in Epworth, IA and also a student at Wahlert High School.
I was promptly waited on, helped to understand the value of certain instruments I was interested in. Prices were decent and instruments slightly used were available to those who could not afford brand new, or weren't quite sure as yet if their interest would continue.
