Ordered black tololoches strings and they sent me some white ones on accident. Called them up and that same day they sent me some black strings and said I can keep the white ones for the mishap! You can tell they care about their customers here 👍🏽
The people here are very nice and very helpful. They helped me get my 12 string guitar paired and I really liked how it turned out. The prices are also better compared to online.
