Didn't have the guitar strings I wanted. However, staff recommended excellent substitute. Did have the textured picks I need to play. Very happy with my purchase! Very informative, friendly staff.
I've needed to get both of my children's instruments repaired. I was actually nervous about the process and cost, and I even wondered if maybe some things are not repairable. In both instances, they did a great job, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable.
Absolutely wonderful experience. If you have to get your instrument repaired, I cannot recommend AC enough. He was kind and didn't talk down to me like many schmitt employees have done in the past. A very welcoming store with amazing staff. Plus my flute has never looked nicer!
