The repair shop is by far the best in the area. Take your horns to wizard Jeff Reitz and stringed instruments to master luthier Gordy Bischoff at Schmitt. Totally honest and highly skilled, it's no coincidence that countless pros trust their gear only to these guys (and their electronics to Speed of Sound).
The staff was nice, the paying off your instrument per month is nice. But I recently got a trombone from there and they didnt show me how to hold it and put it together, but otherwise, it was great

Had a cornet from the 1950's to restore and they had staff on-site. Staff was nice and answered all my questions. Two-day turnaround time!
