I have had great experiences with Schmitt Music. My most recent stop in there was about my daughter’s saxophone and it needed a quick repair before her final concert. We brought it in and worked with Eric. He was patient and informative with my kiddo while she tried it out the repair.
I was at Schmitt Music with two of my guitar playing grandsons. The store and staff were great. Even though they were fairly busy with paying customers, they still helped me find inexpensive trinket gifts for my other musically minded grandkids.
Staff is very friendly. I was asked right away if I needed anything. I was looking for a certain book of piano music, and the associate found it for me right away. They offer music lessons here as well, which is great for the community.
Not only were the staff professional and courteous, they also knew their instruments and gave insightful advice that helped us with our purchases. If you are looking for high quality instruments from beginner to advanced this is the place you want to make your purchase from.
