An amazing artist that has beautifully finished instruments made from scratch that sing as well as breathing new life into restored instruments. We had a harmonium worked on and it is a new instrument, plays more easily , and has a tone that holds in the air like sweet as nectar.
Dave is an amazing artist! He’s worked on several of our well loved but rough vintage basses and turns them into show pieces. We feel so lucky to have a luthier of his experience and caliber right in our community. Highly recommend!
This guy is a treasure! What I have noticed is that his craftsmanship is exceeded only by his love and passion for creating magnificent, playable instruments. He is dedicated to doing things the right way.
Found this shop for my BIL who's Guild acoustic had major problems common to 50 year old axe. They reset the neck, replaced the frets, repaired warping inlay and a couple other cosmetics. It was not cheap! There were no signs the work was performed and the guitar played better than it ever had!
