Severed Machines was kind enough to take time over the phone to walk me through the in home troubleshooting process step by step before even mentioning anything about bringing the mixer in or anything about a service charge.

Ramiro definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to vintage synth repairs. I had issues with both my Ensoniq ESQ-1 and AKAI AX80 and he was able to pinpoint and fix these issues in a quick and timely manner and for a very reasonable price If you have a vintage synth that needs repairing Ramiro is the man for it!
Ramiro gave me a full estimate and rundown for repairing my moog sub37 and Juno 106. He was thorough, and easy going. It felt like I left my keys in good hands. As the repairs progressed, I received brief updates on status for each keyboard and soon enough they were ready for pickup.
