If you need an instrument for your child they have a Great Rental Program. And they also have private lessons at an affordable price. I can not say enough about the Awesome Staff friendly and caring. And then there is a four leg fur Baby employee named Pepper she is sure to brighten your Day.
I love coming to this store. The staff is amazing! We've been coming here for 2 years since my daughter started playing in middle school. They helped her pick a trombone, the books she needed, the payment plan is easy.
We rent an instrument from here for my child's participation in her school band and have been in a few times for maintenance, repair, or general accessory purchases. Every single staff member we've had the pleasure of interacting with has been incredibly kind as well as thoroughly knowledgeable.
I play violin and have come here to get small things like rosin and strings, but the employees are so funny and understanding. When my bow broke it was under warranty and they fixed it after it broke a second time. They are always super funny and good to joke with, and very entertaining.
