Mike and Linda are just the best. I dropped off my C1 to him which led a very rough life before it came into my hands. In just a few days, Mike whipped it back into amazing playing condition and is an absolute delight to talk to in the shop. The warmth and care put into his work is second to none.
I have gone to Shanks for 30 years or more. Mike is a superb technician. He sold me a superb instrument some years back and he has helped me keep it in top condition. It is a dream to play. I can give this shop my highest recommendation.
