I wanted to consolidate some gear recently to free up some space at home. And, I've wanted a PRS since I was a kid. So, Monday of this week, I brought in 3 guitars and an amp to see if Sight and Sound would be interested in a trade + cash for me to upgrade to a PRS Core electric.
Jacob and Will were extremely helpful, professional, accommodating, communicative, knowledgeable, respectful, and caring!! We had an event that required an extensive sound setup with a 7-piece band and around 450+ people attending for the weekend.
So I was thinking about selling my guitar at this location, and I didn't so I changed my mind, but regardless of that, the staff are cool,andalways willing to help you, so if they ask you to put a cloth on your lap , that's the rule, it's no big deal, I would recommend this place to anyone, especially about the huge…
Please go see these guys. They will treat you great! They worked with me on a difficult request and made it easy for me. Jared Twibell is fantastic, he has great customer service and goes the extra mile. No one ever answered the phone like I was an inconvenience. It was a pleasant experience so I bought a 900.
