I went in with my trumpet with a piece missing. It was a problem with my spit valve. He was able to give me a full repair and give me the missing piece. On the side, he fixed a slide that was stuck. He’s didn’t charge the extra work and my trumpet works better than before.
We had to get my daughter's saxophone repaired quickly because she was in the middle of band camp and needed it back right away. He was able to get it repaired and right back to us within a few hours at a very reasonable price.
Mr. Tapscott is so knowledgeable about music and instruments. He knows his instruments and how to repair them well. I use him everytime my daughter's clarinet :( nedds repaired.
