I’d really like to take the time out to say that this is the only place I will bring my guitars to. I also have purchased a couple of guitars from Ector Soto. He is a walk-in and encyclopedia of knowledge on Guitars and he really cares. No, Job is too small or too big for Ector.
I first heard about Soto Shop guitars online on Facebook. Ector seemed super pumped about guitars, and when we spoke, he is very friendly. In 2020 I purchased a custom Telecaster from him. I live about 40 miles west of Boston in Worcester Massachusetts. Soto shop is across the country in California.
Ector at Soto Customs is THEE man you should trust your guitars with! The man is the real deal with many years of experience under his bullet belt!! Just added another axe to my arsenal and immediately took it to Ector for some TLC! Now go grab that old dusty 6 string and go and ask for the J.R.
I can’t say enough great things about Soto Shop Customs. Ector has been taking care of our guitars for the past three years — everything from setups and repairs to full-on custom builds — and his work is always flawless.
