Trust these guys. Great shop! This is what a guitar shop is supposed to be. Retail sales of select models and accessories, generous playing rooms, an in-view repair shop and a luthiers shop in the back. So cool.
Im not the type of person to leave reviews. But when theres talent, i want it to get recognized. They did a full setup on my guitar for drop F# tuning. I can tell you this is the best setup I've had on a guitar. Extremely knowledgeable, very polite, you can tell these guys have years of experience. 10/10, well done
I sent my high end guitar to Matt from Florida. It had a severe buzz that really made it unplayable. Other luthiers gave up on it. The Spampinato guys fixed it up for me. Thanks guys!
Mason put active electronics into my guitar for me and set up the guitar. He was able to identify a problem with the neck pickup and describe it well enough to the merchant to have a new one sent. Totally painless all the way through even though it took over a month (NOT the shop's fault) because of shipping delays.
