i met the owner of this business because my guitar was having buzzing issues and wanted to get it fixed. he got right to work diagnosing what was wrong and even guided me through and gave me tips and tricks on what to look out for when diagnosing, not a lot of people are willing to just give knowledge away.
Chris made the entire process a pleasure. Chris is a friendly & knowledgeable.... when speaking with him he gives you that reassured feeling that your instrument will be repaired professionally, Chris walked me though the whole process of the repair.
Such a good experience! Chris looked over the violin I brought in, offered his opinion on its initial construction, pointed out areas of previous repair, noted its finer points as well as its shortcomings. He put the bridge back on and tightened up the strings.
I had a very good electric guitar with a misaligned nut. Chris easily moved the nut into the correct spot. He is a highly skilled luthier. I would recommend him for any guitar repairs or adjustments. So happy this was my first choice. Thanks Chris.
