Cordel was amazing, brought my D’angelico in because the action was messed up. He had my guitar working in no time. Definitely using them as my guitar maintenance shop.
I just moved to Colorado from California a few months ago, and I was looking around for a good music store to buy guitar strings, and other accessories. Anyway, I found this place. I went in for a simple restring set up for my acoustic guitar. The owner, Cordell was super chill, and easy going.
I came in with a guitar that had been sitting unused for 10+ years. The guys in the shop were able to look it over, restring, and share where to start since I’m dipping my toes in and teaching myself. The customer service was fantastic.
The owners of this store really care about the community of Colorado Springs and they’re just genuinely nice. They’re so involved and constantly host events, and help with others to bring music and good feels everywhere! And they give great lessons and offer a sweet selection of locally made instruments and other gear.
