I bought a Jackson in May of ‘22 with a Floyd rose. Came in the mail I had electrical problems with the bridge pickup. I had taken the Jackson to a different repair shop and they had for a few weeks each time and couldn’t fix the electric and didnt do a great job on Setting up the Floyd rose with 10 through 46 gauge…
I usually don't review places unit far after just to ensure the work is good. At the time I discovered Staff Music I had two guitars worked on by Austin, the guitar tech.
I have had nothing but the best experience from Staff music! They were extremely helpful from helping me decide to fix a guitar or get new! They went above and beyond for me and helped me understand what I was buying for someone who doesn’t know much about instruments since I was purchasing as a gift!
We visited Staff Music co. Seeking a few pieces of equipment for my sons 1st year of band. The gentleman there was extremely kind, informative, and helpful! He gave us a good deal on our items.
